I'm being generous with one star. Again staff has changed. Sure now they answer the phone faster but it won't last long that's for sure. I've been going to this location for over a year and they've had staff change 3 times. 🤔😒 And don't expect to ever be seen at your scheduled time. The staff is run ragged and you can see it all their faces.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The Dentist made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. They fixed my cavity quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Nothing very elite about this place. Customer service was good up front, but needed some help in the back. Not very friendly or communicative. Dentist did my cleaning in about 10 min., which felt really rushed. Got pick water on my face and beard and never offered to let me clean it off. And whoever heard of a dentist that doesn't have a bowl to spit and rinse? When I was finished, she just kind of rushed off. So I had cleaning residue in my mouth that I just had to swallow. When I asked for a paper towel to wipe the water off my face, she just pointed to a stack on the counter. So the experience wasn't horrible, but compared to Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster, it was in a whole different league. Too bad PDL doesn't take our insurance.

I was in pain for weeks and I called MANY dentists and nobody would get me in then finally went in as a walk-in somewhere and the doctor at this place looked at my tooth and said I have a cavity and told me my options and left. I had to schedule something farther out. My friend told me about Elite Dental and they got me in immediately. The dentist went to do extraction my request and she was the best!!!! From past experiences I was terrified but she was so gentle and slow and kind and good I felt absolutely nothing. She told me everything before she did it. My tooth was hooked to bone good so for now she did a root canal and she said from everything I had done I would have pain in gum for a couple days but it's been a couple hours and I have no pain anywhere! She completely took all the pain and sensitivity and problems I had away and I feel 100% better. I love Elite Dental, I'll NEVER go anywhere else. No matter how long I took my dentist wouldn't stop until she helped me unlike any other dentist in the area and I truly thank her!!!

You can't ever make an appointment by calling the office because no one ever answers the phone! I have been doing the dance with the lead dental for almost a year now trying to get my top plate replaced. And now because I had a family emergency and wasn't around since February the 6th well my pre-authorization for my top plate expired so we have to start all over again with another four visits two months in between each fitting! I'm not a happy camper at all!!!!
